The petitioner seeks direction upon the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by him to the second respondent on 07.09.2014. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police.

It is seen from the typed set of papers annexed along with this Petition that, initially, the petitioner had lodged his complaint, dated 07.09.2014, with the first respondent, and since the said complaint evoked no response, subsequently, he sent another complaint, dated 22.04.2015, containing same set of allegations, by post, addressed to the Superintendent of Police/first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his written complaint before the second respondent. As and when, such complaint is being lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and take further action in accordance with law, by registering a crime, if cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
