This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to call for the records in C.C.No.183 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam and quash the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.183 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Arakkonam for an alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 294 (b), 506(ii) and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) has also produced counter filed by the Inspector of Police stating that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam and the same was taken up in C.C.No.183 of 2011 and charges against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accused are framed and P.W.1 and P.W.2 have already been examined. For the examination of P.W.3 to P.W.5, the case is posted to 21.02.2009.
3. Since the trial is already commenced and both defacto complainant and another person was examined as P.W.1 and P.W.2, I find that there is nothing survive in this petition. It is open to the accused P.W.2 and P.W.3-petitioners herein to face the trial.
4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
