Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands ordered. The delay of 272 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1,500/- in the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.

No.61075 of 2025 is hereby condoned.

2.The petitioner is directed to pay the deficit Court fee of Rs.1,500/-. On such deposit, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A.SR.No.61075 of 2025 and post it for Admission.
