PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to issue directions to the 4th respondent considering petitioner's representation on 24.11.2022 and issuing a Non- Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in Document No.1435 of 1987, Documbet No.1827 of 2001, Document No.702 of 2005 and Document No.726 of 2006. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2022 and dispose the same.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his Release deed dated 28.09.1987 in Document No.1435 of 1987 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalayam and sale deed dated 15.11.2001 in Document No.1827 of 2001 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalayam and sale agreement dated 11.04.2005 in Doc.No.702 of 2005 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalaym and Cancellation of Sale Agreement dated 07.04.2006 in Doc.No.726 of 2006 on the file of SubRegistrar, Gobichettipalayam. Hence, he preferred a online complaint on 24.11.2022 before the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the Director General of Police issued a Circular Memorandum in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 with regard to the procedure to be followed for the issuance of Non Traceable Certificate. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives the representation following the instructions given in the Circular Memorandum, necessary action would be taken.
4. Recording the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation based on the instructions given in the Circular Memorandum Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. On receiving such representation, the respondent Police is directed to dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Origianl Petition is disposed of.
