2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner had already been enlarged on station bail.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
