The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of his complaint, dated 27.03.2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent his complaint by post to the second respondent herein. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his complaint before the second respondent.
