Heard the learned counsel for the petitoner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The Petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their men, people, subordinates, or any others claiming through them from in any manner dispossessing the petitioner from his property situate at S.No.92, extent of 10 x 15 feet and Door No.129/11C, Samiappa Nagar, Thiruthuraipoondi and Taluk, Thiruvarur District unless under due process of law.

3. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that the 2nd respondent never used any force to remove the encroachment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner and the second respondent will follow due process of law to remove the encroachment made by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the stand taken by the respondents, no further orders is required to pass except recording the stand taken by the respondents.
