Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order Rc.No.8074/2014/SF-1, dated 11.02.2015 passed by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing), Chennai - 35, the first respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order in Rc.No.8074/2014/SF-1, dated 11.02.2015 passed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Housing), Chennai-35, the first respondent herein, wherein, the respondent is directed to reinstate the revision petitioner into the service of the Society as its Secretary immediately and to maintain statusquo.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that having regard to the urgency and the facts and circumstances of the case, the orders of the President of the Thiruvallur Taluk Cooperative Housing Society dated 25.10.2014 placing the petitioner under suspension is stayed till the disposal of the revision petition and subsequently, the revision petition was disposed of by the Revisional Authority. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
