Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level) to expedite the trial in CC No.32 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
