Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 19.02.2020 in WP No.1825 of 2020, shall be replaced as follows :- "5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has been under suspension for nearly 2 years and the representations made by the petitioner is pending before the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 12.07.2018, 23.03.2019 and 13.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders revoking the order of suspension and post the petitioner in a non-sensitive post. This order shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. By resorting to this step, atleast some work can be extracted from the petitioner before he is paid his salary. This Court in the judgment referred supra has categorically held that prolonged suspension and payment of subsistence allowance is a drain to the public exchequer. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with a copy of this order. "

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue order fresh copy.
