This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5018 of 2018 in C.C.No.37 of 2012 on the file of the XI Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court for CBI Cases).

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that he has not objection to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition.
