Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ , order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to instruct the respective Headmasters respondents 7 to 10 herein and the respective Chief Educational Officers respondents 4 to 6 herein to accept the application of the Petitioners who are working a PG Assistants and forward the applications of the Petitioners to the second respondent for allowing the Petitioners to participate in the Transfer Counseling for PG Assistants to commence on 10.02.2022 by the second respondent as per General Transfer Counseling Policy for teachers working in Government/ Panchayat Union/ Municipal Primary/ Middle Schools and Government/Municipal High/Higher Secondary Schools framed in G.O.Ms.No.176, School Education [SE5 (1)] Department dated 17.12.2021 notwithstanding the fact that the Petitioners have not completed one year in the present postings.

ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that in view of the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.15 School Education (SE5(1)) Department, dated 10.02.2022, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
