COMMON ORDER These criminal original petitions have been filed seeking transfer of the cases in S.C.No.94 & 215 of 2005 respectively on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Tindivanam to any other competent Court.

When the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioners seek transfer of the above sessions cases making allegations on the Presiding Officer. On reading of the averments made in these petitions, it is clear that the petitioners have made certain allegations against the Presiding Officer and sought transfer of the cases on that ground. This Court is of the view that the Presiding Officer, against whom allegations were made by the petitioners, might have now transferred or retired or might not have in the same Court. Therefore, these petitions seeking transfer by making allegations against the Presiding Officer has become infructuous.
