J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The appellant/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Erode, under Section 13(1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage that was conducted on 11.12.2005 1/4
between the appellant and respondent. The said H.M.O.P. was dismissed by the order dated 13.01.2015. Against the dismissal of H.M.O.P., the appellant has come out with the present appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the appellant and respondent, they filed Joint Memo of Compromise dated 16.02.2018 duly signed by the appellant, respondent and their respective counsel, before the Mediator, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and prayed for passing of decree by mutual consent in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise. Both the appellant and respondent mutually agrees for divorce and prayed for dissolution of marriage conducted between them on 11.12.2005.
3.The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 16.02.2018, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel is taken on file and the same is recorded. Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal 2/4
