2. According to the applicant, he is the defendant in the main suit. The documents sought to be received as additional documents are necessary for proper adjudication of the case and those documents were not available earlier.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to give one more opportunity to the applicant, this application is allowed, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. The respondent is at liberty to raise objections at the time of marking the documents.
