The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of her complaint, dated 02.03.2015. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.84 of 2015, upon the complaint given by the petitioner. 3.
