The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and it is open to the petitioner to file civil suit, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
