This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit her to effect the substituted service on the 20, 22, 23 and 24th defendants in C.S No.808 of 2013 in one issue of Tamil daily.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 09.02.2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
