ORDER

The petitioner. who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) & 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No. 107 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that due to previous enmity, two groups clashed and the respondent police registered a case and case in counter. These petitioners are accused in Crime No.107 of 2025, wherein four persons were injured and hospitalized for six days. Out of which, the FIR reveals that the petitioners 1 and 2 have used knife and attacked the injured persons, whereas, the third petitioner had used her hand. While three of the accused are arrested, the rest are still absconding. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.Nos.23285 & 30573 of 2025 by orders dated 25.08.2025 & 10.11.2025, on the ground that there were specific allegations against the petitioner that he used a weapon and caused severe injuries to the defacto complainant. Hence, no change in circumstances

has been established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
