No appearance COMMON ORDER A.No.544 of 2026 is filed to grant leave to the applicants / defendants 9, 10 and 12 to transpose them as plaintiffs 4, 5 and 6 in the above suit. A.No.545 of 2026 is filed to grant leave to the applicant / 11th defendant to transpose her as 7th plaintiff in the above suit.
2. As the existing plaintiffs did not evince any interest to conduct the suit, they wanted to withdraw the suit. The defendants, 9, 10, 11 and 12 have filed these two applications to transpose them as plaintiffs 4 to 7.
3. Since the plaintiffs have file a memo that they are not interested to conduct the suit and the interest of the defendants should also be protected in a suit for partition, I feel, in the interest of justice, leave can be granted to transpose them as plaintiffs 4 to 7 in the above suit.
4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed. 12-02-2026 bkn
