Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent bearing Notice No.CRD/SAR/195 dated 30.11.2020 under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 issued in violation of the guidelines of the first respondent and to quash the same with consequential direction to the second respondent to instruct the third respondent inter alia to reschedule the payments and to restructure the loan availed by the petitioner firm, thereby enabling the petitioner firm to adhere to financial discipline and service the debt.
