3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Notice to the 2nd respondent returnable by 16.03.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter on 16.03.2022.
