This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register case on the complaint dated 29.11.2011 and issue a copy of the FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one A.Anthony, with regard to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transaction alleged by the petitioner, a case has been registered by the Station House Officer, Ordleanpet Police Station under Section 409, 468, 471 IPC and the investigation is pending.

4. Therefore, no fresh FIR can be registered on the present complaint dated 29.11.2011 given by the petitioner. However, the petitioner's statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. will be recorded and she may be listed as a witness.
