O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent to C.B.C.I.D or any other Police station.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of investigation, the Inspector of Police, Morapur Police Station, Dharmapuri District reporting that the case has been dropped and no further action needs to be taken and the final report to that effect has been filed before the II Class Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the case as prayed for by the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
