2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged offences are registered in the bail offences.
3. Considering the above submission made by him, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
