Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal against cancellation of patta dated 18.02.2020 and till such a time not to demolish any structure in S.No.805/1, correlated to O.S.No.12/1 of Gudalur Village, Gudalur Taluk. ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal against cancellation of patta dated 18.02.2020 and till such a time not to demolish any structure in S.No.805/1, correlated to O.S.No.12/1 of Gudalur Village, Gudalur Taluk. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appeal dated 18.02.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
