Prayer: The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act, to set aside the order passed by the Family Court, Salem on 09.12.2014 in G.O.P.No.3 of 2014 in so far as it relates to the order of granting interim custody and visitation rights of the minor girl S.Rithika on every sunday from 8 am to 6 pm to the respondent herein (who is residing abroad).

O R D E R

The appellant has filed this appeal seeking to set aside the order passed by the Family Court, Salem dated 09.12.2014 in G.O.P.No.3 of 2014.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed a memo dated 16.09.2019 stating that the appellant and the respondent have rejoined. The appellant and the respondent sent an e-mail stating that they are living in Qatar along with her child viz. Rithika. The copy of the e-mail is also produced. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the appeal filed by the appellant may permitted to be withdrawn.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the prayer sought for in this appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
