The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 308(4), 303 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.361 of 1/4

2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The earlier criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.186 of 2026 seeking anticipatory bail has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 08.01.2026 on the following reasons:

"5.Considering the bad antecedents against the 1st petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 1st petitioner"

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that still the case is under investigation. 4.

Heard the submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of offence, the fact that there is no change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
