COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to transfer the file in E.P.Nos.37 & 36/2013 in C.P.Nos.10/2006 & 23/2009 respectively in the file of the 1st Additional Labour Court to any other labour Court, this Court may be please to transfer including the records.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions were listed for "Final Hearing" on 18.10.2019 and none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, these writ petitions were posted under the caption "For Dismissal" on 21.10.2019. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 22.10.2019, there was no appearance on the side of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner. In order to provide one more opportunity to the writ petitioner, considering the fact that the petitioner was appearing in person, again the matters were listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 23.10.2019. Again, these writ petitions were listed for hearing on 30.10.2019 and on account of the non-appearance of the writ petitioner, these writ petitions were posted third time under the caption "For Dismissal" on 31.10.2019.
2. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 01.11.2019, today also there is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner. Under these circumstances, this Court has no option, but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
3. Therefore, this writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
