Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to order in

Muu.Mu.A3/516/2020 dated 27.10.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the legal heir certificate of the petitioners dated 28.11.2012 issued by the third respondent by which the petitioners were recognized as the legal heirs of deceased Jeevaraj Nerson.
