Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.398/A2/2017 dated 20.11.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the salary of the petitioner as per the proceedings of 4th respondent issued in Mu.Mu.No.438/A2/2015 dated 20.04.2015 and to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner including revision of pay scale as per VIIth Pay Commission recommendations on that basis.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 01.11.2021 to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition.
