When the revision is taken up for hearing, Mr.Rahul M.Shankar learned counsel appearing for the respondent landlord / decree holder would submit that possession had been handed over by the tenant / civil revision petitioner to the respondent herein on 29.10.2023. He has produced the web order copy of the executing Court in E.P.No.268 of 2023

in RLTOP No.328 of 2022 dated 30.10.2023 to substantiate the same.
