ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2023

and issue a non-traceable certificate in respect of the missing sale deed dated 24.01.2007 registered as Document No.157 of 2007 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Uthukottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and on perusal of the documents, dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
