No.3; Mr.Y.Bhuvanesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.4; and, Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 8.1.2024 to develop 10 cents of land for the benefit of the residents.
3. The authority to whom the said representation is given, if he is competent to decide, shall consider the same within a period of nine months from today.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
