This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.911 of 2018 on the file of respondent police and to file final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Ms.S.Santhi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, on 30.01.2024 [E-filing No.LTN 2023 0002290 C2024 - 00026 - CC].

4. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to act upon the final report within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
