ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar as non-refundable deposit in Crl.R.C.No.29 of 2020, by an order dated 13.01.2020.

Since the offence involved in the case is under the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed under order dated 13.01.2020 by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.29 of 2020.
