When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted the written instructions from Block Educational Officer, Mohanur, Namakkal District dated 19.03.2024 in which it is stated that suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked and subsequently he has been regularized in service and all the monetary benefits have been paid to the petitioner. 2/4

In view of the written instructions submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
