Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first and third respondents to implement the order passed in M.P.No.166 of 2014 in M.P.No.2675 of 2012 dated 31.01.2014 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court filed under Section 19,20,21,22 and 23 of protection of Women under Domestic Violence Act, 2005. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to implement the order passed by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it is not known as to whether the order has been already implemented since, the order is of the year 2014.

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this petition at this stage.
