ORDER
This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 26.09.2022 passed by this Court in H.C.P. No.1905 of 2022. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent filed a compliance report, the relevant paragraph of which reads thus:
"7.
It is respectfully submit that on 04.03.2023, the Special team went to Chennai Puzhal and they secured the detenu. Thereafter, the detenu was brought to the respondent police station and informed about the same to the de facto complainant. The detenu was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur along with the petitioner. Then the detenu stated that he wish to go along with his parents, so the detenu was handed over to his parents."
