This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 16.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.25273 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
