The learned Additional Advocate General-VIII appearing for the respondent submitted that a pre-assessment notice along with working sheet was issued to the petitioner on 11.08.2023. Therefore, the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.17051 of 2020, dated 23.03.2021 is complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners expressed some grievance with regard to the assessment method followed by the respondent. In such a case, the petitioner can always independently challenge the same in the manner known to law.
