The application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2151 of 2023 which was closed on 13.12.2023. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the above contempt petition was closed by this Court, on the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the mutation of revenue records was effected in favour of the petitioners. However, now only the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the revenue records were mutated in favour of the petitioners. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Sub Application (OS) is closed.
