The above matter is listed today under the caption "for being spoken to" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In paragraph 4 of the order dated 01.12.2020 in C.R.P.(PD)No.357 of 2019, which reads as follows;

"4. From the typed set of papers and also from the lower Court records, it is seen that the petitioner/plaintiff had already been filed in I.A.No.338 of 2015 ........"

The said paragraph shall stand replaced as, "4. From the typed set of papers and also from the lower Court records, it is seen that the petitioner/plaintiff had already been filed in I.A.No.332 of 2015 ........".

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
