ORDER

This Court, by order dated 13.03.2025, granted six months time to the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, to comply the order of this Court. The learned Additional District judge (Fast Track Court), Villupuram, by communication in D.No.1259/2025 dated 20.11.2025, has expressed certain difficulties in complying with the said order and has sought further time of three months to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2025 along with the main appeal.

2. I have been gone through the reasons stated therein and find the same to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the learned Additional District judge (Fast Track Court), Villupuram, is directed to dispose of not only I.A.No.3 of 2025 but also the main appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
