This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.9668/E2/2021 dated 22.11.2021 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer the petitioner in any vacancy or need post in Non-minority school or Panchayat Union School in Villiakkam Union or 2/6

Poonamallee Union, with all consequential and other attendant benefits. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Though the petitioner challenged the order issued by the second respondent dated 22.11.2021, now the petitioner has restricted her prayer to seeking permission to make fresh representation before the authority concerned for her transfer.

Considering the above request, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation after completion of the present academic year i.e. 2023-2024 and on receipt of the same, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of her representation.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
