This petition is filed to implead respondents 6 and 7 herein as the proposed respondents in the main writ appeal.

Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate General, assisted by Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 and 7.

Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate General appearing for the State Government as well as Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the proposed respondents, that is respondents 6 and 7, have no objections in allowing this petition.

Recording the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carryout the amendments immediately.
