This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 99 days in paying the deficit court fees in the above writ appeal.

Heard Ms.T.Nithya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel for the third respondent/caveator.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 99 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
