O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the false complaint lodged by the complainant namely Meena.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Meena, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint is pending, the petitioners are called for enquiry and absolutely, there is no intention to harass the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
