ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 06.10.2025, the learned Sub Judge, Tirukoilur has forwarded the report of the Senior Bailiff, who is said to have executed the warrant in pursuance of the order of the Sub-Court, Tirukoilur. The said report has been forwarded to the Registry of this Court by D.No.1286 dated 17.10.2025, in which, the Senior Bailiff has stated that on 13.11.2024 in the presence of the Village Assistant Officer and Village Assistant, possession of the schedule property has been delivered to the revision petitioner.

2. It is brought to my notice that an appeal in A.S.No.16 of 2024 is coming up for argument on 13.11.2025. The counsel for the respondent Mrs.R.Poornima states that the respondents, as appellants, have already completed their side of arguments and that the matter is now posted for the arguments of the revision petitioner.

3.In the view of the fact that possession of the property has already been delivered, there cannot be any continuance of the interim stay granted by the appellate Court. However, the appellate court is directed to 2/4

dispose of A.S.No.16 of 2024 on or before 30.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. The counsel for the petitioner shall co-operate with the first appellate Court for disposal of the appeal.
