J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.08.2023 , there was no representation on behalf of the plaintiff and hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue summons to the plaintiff and also print the name of the plaintiff in the cause list and post the matter on 25.08.2023. Even today, (25.08.2023) the plaintiff is not appeared before this Court and the summons issued to the plaintiff was returned with an endorsement "vacated".
